1. Custom Projects

Due to the tailored nature of custom website design and AI development, we invest human effort, research, and server resources as soon as a project is initiated.

• The **50% advance deposit is non-refundable** once code development or asset creation has started.
• If you decide to cancel the project before work officially begins, you may request a refund of your deposit, subject to a 10% administrative processing fee.

2. AI Assistant Subscriptions

For custom AI Assistants, we offer a **30-Day Free Trial**.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time during the 30-day trial without being charged anything.
• After the 30-day trial ends, if you transition to a paid plan, monthly or annual maintenance subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals at any time.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a service, end a trial, or halt a project, you must send an email directly to codeatalll@gmail.com containing your business details and project name. We will process your cancellation request within 48 business hours.
