1. Scope of Services

Codeatall provides custom website development (Next.js, React, HTML/CSS) and custom AI assistant development services. The exact scope, delivery timeline, and features of each project are defined in a separate written proposal or invoice shared with the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, images, logo files, hosting logins, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in providing content will naturally extend the project delivery timeline.

3. Payments and Billing

All custom projects require a 50% advance deposit before work begins, and the remaining 50% balance must be paid immediately upon final delivery and client approval. Once a project starts, the advance deposit is non-refundable.

4. AI Assistant Free Trial

We offer a 30-Day Free Trial for our custom AI Assistants. The trial lets you integrate the AI chatbot widget on your website for 30 days. You can cancel at any time during the 30 days. If you choose to continue using the AI assistant after the trial, a monthly subscription or maintenance fee will apply.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom source code, assets, and files created for your website will belong entirely to the client. Codeatall retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio for marketing purposes.
